Instructors and dive schools are where divers start their records. Many of those divers later want a digital copy next to their paper logbook. DIVEOPS PRO is a digital companion to your official logbook, and its partner program lets instructors, dive centres and commercial diving schools recommend it and receive a share when a diver or company they referred pays for a plan.
Disclosure: this page is published by Tuncer Technologies OPC (Davao City), which operates the partner program. DIVEOPS PRO is sold by Poseidon Distribution OPC (Asia) and Rundzee, LLC (USA, Canada and the rest of the world).
What DIVEOPS PRO is, and what it is not
- It is a digital logbook companion: divers keep a digital record of their dives alongside the paper logbook that schools, employers or regulators may require.
- It is not a replacement for the official logbook, a training record of the agency, or a dive planning tool. Never present it as any of those, and never make claims about safety.
Keep this distinction in every conversation. It is the line the program's rules draw, and it is also the honest one.
Who can join
- Instructors and divemasters, each with their own partner account (one account per person).
- Dive centres and schools, recreational or commercial, with an account in the business name.
- Small diving contractors and crew leads who introduce the Company Fleet plan to other teams.
Partners are independent: not employees or resellers of DIVEOPS PRO, and nothing is bought or held in stock. You must be 18 or older to join.
What a referral pays
| What the referred diver or company buys | Your share | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| Individual plans: DiveLog Plus, Technical Pro, Commercial Pro | up to 25% of NET | every paid payment for 12 months from their first paid payment |
| Company Fleet | up to 25% of NET | every paid payment for 12 months from the company's first paid payment |
| Free Diver plan, the free first month, founding free seats, a free Fleet trial | nothing | — |
NET is the money actually received after refunds, payment fees and taxes. 25% of NET is the ceiling for any single sale, so monthly tier bonuses do not raise it further.
Example only, with made-up numbers. If a diver you referred pays a monthly plan that leaves a NET of USD 28 each month, up to 25% is up to USD 7 for each paid month, for at most 12 months. If a company's Fleet plan leaves a NET of USD 140 a month, up to 25% is up to USD 35 a month. These are not forecasts. If they stop paying after two months, you receive two months. Many partners earn nothing, and nothing is paid unless a real customer pays. See the income disclosure.
Public list prices at the time of writing include DiveLog Plus at USD 6.99 a month, Commercial Pro at USD 29.99 a month and Company Fleet at USD 149 a month. The DIVEOPS PRO website always shows the current price.
How a referral is credited
- You get a personal DIVEOPS PRO link and QR code in your partner dashboard.
- The diver opens your link and signs up on the DIVEOPS PRO website. The sign-up form has a referral code field, filled in from your link; they can also type your partner code there.
- The code stays on their account. When they make their first paid payment, your 12 months start. Commission is booked in USD or PHP; a payment in another currency is converted to USD at that day's rate when it is recorded.
Two limits to know:
- Website sign-ups only. Today the mobile app has no referral field, so a diver who signs up only inside the app is not credited. Point people to the website sign-up first.
- 60-day link. Your link is remembered for 60 days on the device that opened it, and the last partner link clicked wins.
How instructors recommend it without pressure
Students trust their instructor, so the bar is higher than for an ordinary affiliate post:
- Never make it a course requirement, and never tie it to a pass or a sign-off.
- Disclose every time, before the link: "#ad, I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link."
- Mention the free option. The Free Diver plan and the free first month exist; say so.
- Only recommend it if you use it or have seen it work for your team.
- No paid ads on the DIVEOPS PRO name, and no posts aimed at children or junior divers.
Good moments, with the QR code and the disclosure line next to it:
- At the end of a course, when divers ask how to keep their records: "Some divers keep a digital companion to their paper logbook. This is the one I use. #ad, I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link."
- On a printed card in the classroom or briefing room.
- In your school's "after your course" email or page.
For a dive centre or contractor that runs a team, the Company Fleet plan is the relevant one. Introduce it to the person who handles crew records, not to individual students.
Getting paid
After a payment, your commission is pending for a 14-day cooling period (a refund reverses it). Once approved, payouts run weekly when your approved balance reaches USD 25 or ₱1,000, by PayPal or bank transfer, or by GCash or Maya in the Philippines (a US dollar balance is converted to pesos when it is paid), with the transfer fee deducted.
How to start
- Read the dive centres page, or the divers page if you are recommending as an individual diver.
- Sign up free, in about two minutes or with one tap using Google.
- Open the Content Studio at /dashboard/studio (you need to be logged in) for ready messages and captions with your link and #ad.
- Read the full dive centres partner guide for printable QR ideas and the rules.

FAQ
Can each instructor at our school have their own link?
Yes. Each instructor signs up as their own partner with their own account, link and code. Accounts are one per person or company, so the school and each instructor sign up separately.
Does the free month or the Free Diver plan pay anything?
No. Commission starts only with a paid payment. If a diver starts on the free month and then pays, your 12 months begin at that first paid payment.
Why was a diver I referred not credited?
The most common reasons are a sign-up inside the mobile app instead of the website, a later click on another partner link, or a diver whose account has no referral code and who paid on a device that never opened your link.
Is this a job with DIVEOPS PRO?
No. You join as an independent partner, not an employee or reseller. There is no fee, quota or stock, and you receive commission only when someone you referred pays.
Is DIVEOPS PRO accepted instead of a paper logbook?
No. DIVEOPS PRO is a digital companion to the official logbook and does not replace the paper logbook that schools, employers or regulators may require.
