How do I join?
Tap "Sign up — it's free", enter your name, email and a password, and accept the Partner Terms. Your account is active right away. A short setup then helps you add your details, choose how you get paid and get your links.
Is it free?
Yes. Joining costs nothing and there are no fees to stay a partner.
How much can I earn?
We do not guarantee any income. You earn a share of NET money we actually receive from customers you refer. Many partners earn nothing.
What is NET?
Money received minus refunds, payment fees, taxes/VAT, wholesale cost and any partner/licensee share.
Do free trials count?
No. Free trials, founding free seats, 0%-commission merchants and $0 orders create no commission.
When do I get paid?
Each commission is pending for 30 days after the customer's payment, then approved. Payouts run weekly once your approved balance is at least USD 25 or PHP 1,000.
What happens on a refund or chargeback?
The commission is reversed. If it was already paid, a negative balance is carried and deducted from future earnings.
What is the 25% cap?
Total affiliate payout for one conversion — base rate, tier bonus and recruit override — never exceeds 25% of that conversion's NET.
How do tiers work?
Tiers are based on referred NET in a calendar month, converted to USD: Pro from USD 300 (+5 points), Elite from USD 1,500 (+10 points).
What is the recruit override?
If you recruit another partner, you receive 5% of their commission, paid from our share and inside the 25% cap of that conversion.
How is a sale attributed?
Your link sets a first-party cookie for 60 days; the last click wins. Self-referrals (your own email) are rejected.
Can I run paid ads?
You may not bid on our brand names or trademarks in paid search/social ads, and you may not send spam.
Which currencies?
Ledger entries keep the currency the customer paid in (USD or PHP). Tiers are computed in USD with a fixed conversion table.
What about Rundzee?
Anyone can join the Rundzee PH program: invite customers (10% of Rundzee's net on their orders for 6 months), merchants (15% for 12 months) and riders (5% for 6 months, from Rundzee's share, never from rider pay). If different partners invited the customer, merchant and rider of one order, the combined payout is capped at 25% of Rundzee's net and shared pro rata. Cash orders pay only after the merchant settles Rundzee's fee. You can be paid to your RundzeePay wallet, or by GCash/Maya with the transfer fee deducted. Rundzee zone introductions are invite-only and only for the Philippines and Türkiye.
