Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Account: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), country, mobile number, the audiences and brands you choose.
• Payout: GCash/Maya number and name, PayPal email, bank details or your RundzeePay link code, and tax details if needed.
• Activity: clicks on your links, sign-ups and paid sales linked to you, and the commissions and payouts in your account.
• Security: a one-way hash of your IP address at sign-up and when you accept the terms, used to stop fraud and duplicate accounts.

For people who click your links we store only a hashed IP address and browser type — never their name.

Why we use it

• To run your account and our agreement with you (the Partner Terms).
• To track referrals, calculate commission and pay you.
• To prevent fraud, spam and duplicate accounts (our legitimate interest).
• To meet legal duties such as tax withholding and record keeping.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Our group companies whose products you promote (Tuncer Technologies OPC, Poseidon Distribution OPC, Rundzee, LLC, Rundzee PH), only as needed to confirm sales.
• Payment providers that send your payouts (for example GCash, Maya, PayPal, your bank, RundzeePay).
• Our hosting and database providers, who process data for us under contract.
• Government agencies when the law requires it, for example the BIR for tax.

Some providers may store data outside the Philippines. When they do, we require protection equal to this notice.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. After it closes we keep commission, payout and tax records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 10 years), and delete or anonymise the rest.

Your rights

You can ask to be informed, to see your data, to correct it, to object to its use, to have it deleted or blocked, and to get a copy in a common format. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph) or, in the EU/UK, with your local data protection authority. Most details can be changed directly in your dashboard.

Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and IP addresses, and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think your account was misused.
