Partner Terms

1. Who we are

Tuncer Technologies OPC ("we", "us") operates the program on behalf of the group: Tuncer Technologies OPC, Poseidon Distribution OPC, Rundzee, LLC and Rundzee PH. Each product is sold by its own company:

• DIVEOPS PRO — Poseidon Distribution OPC (Asia) and Rundzee, LLC (USA, Canada and the rest of the world)
• Tuncer Technologies — Tuncer Technologies OPC
• Poseidon Distribution OPC deals — Poseidon Distribution OPC
• Rundzee PH — Rundzee PH

The selling company receives the customer's money. We calculate and pay your commission for the group.

2. Joining

• Joining is free. Your account is active as soon as you sign up.
• You must be at least 18 years old and give true, current details.
• One account per person. Do not open accounts for other people or under false names.
• You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent or franchisee. You may not sign contracts or make promises for us.

3. How you earn

• You earn a share of net money only after the customer has paid and we have actually received the money. Net means the amount received minus refunds, payment fees, taxes and VAT, wholesale cost and any partner or licensee share.
• Free trials, free seats, 0%-commission merchants and $0 orders earn nothing.
• Current rates and how long they last are shown on the program page. A sale counts for you when the customer used your link (a 60-day cookie, last click wins) or your partner code.
• Total partner payout for one sale — base rate, tier bonus and recruit override together — is never more than 25% of its net. When different partners referred the customer, merchant and rider of one Rundzee order, they share that 25% pro rata.
• We do not promise any income. Many partners earn little or nothing.

4. Hold, refunds and reversals

• Every commission is pending for 30 days after the customer's payment. Only then is it approved.
• Rundzee cash orders are approved only after the merchant has paid Rundzee's fee.
• If a sale is refunded, charged back or cancelled, its commission is reversed. If you were already paid, the amount is taken from your future earnings.
• Commission from fraud or from breaking these terms is reversed, even if it was already paid, and we may ask you to pay it back.

5. Rules for promoting

• Always disclose. Every post, video, story or message with your link or code must clearly say you may earn a commission, for example "#ad — I earn a commission if you buy through my link". Put it where people see it before they click.
• No paid ads on our brand names. Do not bid on our brand or product names, trademarks or misspellings in paid search or paid social ads, and do not register look-alike domains, pages or handles.
• No spam. No unwanted bulk emails, texts, messages, group posts or comments. Follow anti-spam laws where you and your audience live.
• No fake accounts. No fake sign-ups, bots, click fraud, cookie stuffing or paying people to sign up or buy.
• No self-referral. Buying for yourself, your household or your own businesses through your link does not count.
• Do not make income promises, health or safety claims, or call our products "verified" or "official".
• Use only the names, logos and material we give you in the marketing kit, and only to promote our products.

6. Payouts

• We pay approved commission weekly once your approved balance is at least USD 25 or PHP 1,000. Smaller balances roll over to the next week.
• Payout methods: RundzeePay wallet (PHP, after the Rundzee app update), GCash or Maya (PHP), PayPal and bank transfer. Transfer fees for GCash, Maya, PayPal and bank are deducted from the amount you receive.
• You must give correct payout details. We are not responsible for money sent to details you gave us.
• Commission is paid in the currency the customer paid in (USD or PHP) unless we agree otherwise.

7. Taxes

• You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn and for registering where the law requires it.
• Where Philippine law requires it, we withhold tax from payouts (for example expanded withholding tax) and give you the certificate. We may ask for your TIN or other tax forms before paying.
• Partners outside the Philippines may be asked for the tax forms of their country (for example W-9 or W-8BEN for the USA).

8. Suspension and ending

• You can stop at any time by asking us to close your account. Approved balances above the minimum are paid out.
• We may put your account on hold or close it if we think you broke these terms, if we see fraud or duplicate accounts, or if we end the program or a brand. While on hold your links do not earn new commission.
• If we close your account for breaking these terms, unpaid commission connected to the breach is lost.
• Sections 4, 7, 9, 10 and 11 still apply after the account ends.

9. Your data

We use your data to run your partner account, track referrals and pay you, as explained in our Privacy Notice. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and, for partners in the European Union or United Kingdom, the basic rules of the GDPR. You must also respect the privacy of the people you contact: only message people who agreed to hear from you, and never share their personal data with us without their permission.

10. Liability

The program is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or tracking problems outside our control. Our total liability to you is limited to the commission owed to you in the last 6 months. You are responsible for your own content and for any claim caused by your breach of these terms.

11. Changes and governing law

• We may change rates or these terms. We will tell you in your dashboard before changes take effect. Commission already earned keeps the rules that applied when it was earned. If you keep sharing after a change, you accept the new terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines decide any dispute.
• If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
