Disclosure guide

Last updated 21 October 2026. Part of the Partner Terms, section 5.

You earn a commission when people buy through your link or code. Advertising rules in most countries — the US FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), the UK CAP Code, EU consumer rules and the Philippine Consumer Act with the Ad Standards Council guidelines — require you to say so clearly, every time, before people click. This is also a condition of your partner account.

What to say

Plain words in the language of your audience. Any of these works:

  • #ad — I earn a commission if you buy through my link.
  • Partner link: I get a share if you subscribe. It costs you nothing extra.
  • This is a referral link. I earn a commission from Rundzee's fee when you order — riders keep 100% of the delivery fee and tips.

Not enough on its own: “#sp”, “#collab”, “#partner”, “thanks to …”, “link in bio”, or a disclosure only on your profile. “Sponsored” is wrong — you are not paid to post; you earn a commission on sales.

Where to put it

  • Captions and descriptions: First line or first screen, before the link. Not after “more”, not inside a block of hashtags.
  • Video and live streams: Say it out loud and show it on screen near the start, and again when you show the link. Pinned comment too.
  • Stories and short clips: On every frame or clip that carries the link sticker, in text large enough to read.
  • Link-in-bio tools: Put the disclosure in the link title, for example “DIVEOPS PRO — partner link”.
  • Email and newsletters: At the top of the email, before the first link. Only to people who opted in; include an unsubscribe link.
  • Chat and messaging apps: In the same message as the link. No unsolicited bulk messages or group drops.
  • Blogs and review pages: A clear note at the top of the page, not only in a footer or a separate disclosure page.
  • QR codes and print: Print the disclosure next to the code.

Claims you must not make

  • No income promises about the program or about any product (“make money”, “earn ₱X a day”, “passive income”).
  • No “verified”, “certified”, “approved”, “official”, “compliant” or any regulator or agency name next to our products.
  • DIVEOPS PRO is “a digital companion to your official logbook” — never a replacement for a logbook, a certification or a dive computer.
  • No invented prices, promos, discount codes or delivery dates. Send people to the brand site for current prices.
  • No fake reviews, fake scarcity or claims about products you have not used; your opinion must be your honest experience.
  • Rundzee PH: no earnings claims for riders or merchants beyond what Rundzee publishes.

Paid ads

You may not run paid search, paid social or any other paid placement on our brand or product names, trademarks or misspellings, and you may not register look-alike domains, pages or handles. Paid ads on generic terms are allowed only if the ad itself carries a disclosure and follows the platform's rules. The group runs no paid ads on its own brand names either.

Privacy of the people you contact

Only message people who agreed to hear from you, follow each platform's rules, and never send us anyone's personal data. See our Privacy Notice.

This guide is practical help, not legal advice. If you work in a regulated field or outside the countries named above, check your local rules. Breaking these rules can lead to reversed commission, suspension or a closed account (Partner Terms, sections 4 and 8).
