As a virtual assistant you see a client's business from the inside. You notice the contact form that never sends, the domain renewal email nobody answered, the booking that still happens by chat. Those are real needs. The Tuncer Technologies partner program lets you point a client to a team that fixes them, and receive a share when the client pays. It is a sideline, not a second job: one honest recommendation when the need comes up.
Disclosure: this page is published by Tuncer Technologies OPC (Davao City), which operates the partner program described here.
Why it fits VA work
- It does not eat your billable hours. You make one introduction. The design, build, setup and invoices are handled by the Tuncer Technologies team, sold by Poseidon Distribution OPC in the Philippines and Rundzee, LLC for the USA and the rest of the world.
- You already have trust. Clients ask their VA "do you know someone who can fix this?" all the time.
- No capital and no quota. Joining is free, there is no starter kit, and you never have to buy anything.
- You stay independent. Partners are not employees of the program, and there is no schedule. You must be 18 or older.
First, check your contract
Some VA contracts and agencies limit side recommendations or require you to declare them. Read yours before you share anything. If it is unclear, ask the client or the agency directly. Being open about it protects your main income, which matters far more than any commission.
Website needs you will spot in client work
| What you notice | What usually helps |
|---|---|
| The business has only a Facebook or Instagram page | A Starter Online package or a landing page |
| Emails still go out from a free Gmail address | Business email setup |
| The site is slow or looks broken on phones | A speed and SEO fix, or a redesign |
| Bookings, orders or quotes run through chat | A booking website, an online store or a simple app |
| The same admin task is repeated every day | An automation or a custom tool, quoted by the team |
You do not need to know the technical details. You need to notice the problem and ask if the client wants help with it.
What you receive, and what does not count
Commission is a share of NET, the money actually received after refunds, payment fees, taxes and direct costs:
- Website packages (Starter Online, Business Ready, Business Pro): up to 15% of NET on each paid invoice.
- Websites, apps and other services, including monthly care plans: up to 10% of NET on each paid invoice.
Example only, with made-up numbers. If a website project invoice leaves a NET of USD 800, up to 10% is up to USD 80. If a package sale leaves a NET of ₱5,000, up to 15% is up to ₱750. This is not a forecast or a promise. Many partners earn nothing, and nothing is paid unless a real customer pays. See the income disclosure.
Commission is booked in USD or PHP. An overseas client who checks out in another currency, such as AUD, GBP or EUR, still counts: the sale is converted to USD at that day's rate when it is recorded.
Two limits every VA should know before recommending:
- Hosting and domains on their own are billed in a separate system that partner tracking does not reach. They are not credited today, so do not mention a share on them.
- 60-day link. Your link is remembered for 60 days on the device that opened it, and the last partner link clicked wins. If the client buys much later, send your link again.
How to bring it up with a client
Wait until the need is real, then keep it short and transparent. For example, in English for an overseas client:
I noticed the contact form on your site hasn't sent anything since March. If you'd like it fixed properly, Tuncer Technologies does this kind of work, and here is their price list: [your link]. Full disclosure: I'm a partner and may earn a commission if you buy through my link (#ad).
Or in Taglish for a client in the Philippines:
Sir, napansin ko na ang bagal mag-load ng website ninyo sa phone. May speed and SEO fix sila para dito: [your link]. Honest lang po, may commission ako kapag bumili kayo through my link. #ad
What not to do:
- Do not add the recommendation to work reports or invoices as if it were part of your service.
- Do not promise rankings, sales or delivery dates; the team confirms those.
- Do not quote prices from memory; send the store link so the client sees the current price.
- Do not expect commission on anything you buy yourself. Partner-price purchases, for your own use or to resell to a client, earn no commission.
Getting paid
After the client pays, the commission is pending for a 14-day cooling period (30 days for hosting, email and SSL), so refunds can be handled (a refund reverses it). Then it is approved, and payouts run weekly once your approved balance reaches ₱1,000 or USD 25. You can choose GCash, Maya, PayPal or a bank transfer; the transfer fee is deducted. GCash and Maya pay out in pesos, so a balance in US dollars is converted to pesos when it is paid, at the rate shown with that payout.
How to start
- Read the page for VAs and BPO pros.
- Sign up free in about two minutes, or with one tap using Google.
- Add your payout details and open the Content Studio at /dashboard/studio (you need to be logged in) for ready client messages with your link and #ad.
- Keep a short note of website issues you see in client work. When one comes up naturally, mention it once.

FAQ
Will this conflict with my VA contract?
It might. Some contracts and agencies limit side recommendations. Check yours first, and when you do recommend something, always tell the client that you may earn a commission.
How much time does it take?
Very little. You notice a need, send one honest message with your link, and the Tuncer Technologies team handles the quote, the work and the invoice.
Do overseas clients count?
Yes. Commission is booked in USD or PHP. A client who pays in another currency at checkout, such as AUD, GBP or EUR, is converted to USD at that day's rate when the sale is recorded.
Is this employment or a VA job?
No. You join as an independent partner, with no salary, no schedule and no quota. You receive commission only when a client you referred pays, after a 14-day cooling period.
Do I have to recruit other VAs?
No. Only real client payments count. A team is optional, nothing is paid for sign-ups, and any team share is taken from the seller's own commission.
