Online jobs in the Philippines without capital: become a sales partner

Updated 2026-10-23 · Commission is a share of net money actually received, after a 30-day hold. No income is promised.

"Online job, walang puhunan, work from home." Kung nag-search ka niyan, you have probably seen two kinds of offers: real remote jobs with an interview and a contract, and "opportunities" that ask you to pay first. This page explains a third option that needs no capital at all, being an independent sales partner, and how to tell an honest program from a trap.

Disclosure: this article is published by Tuncer Technologies OPC (Davao City), which operates the partner program we recommend below. Read it with that in mind, and compare.

First, what "without capital" should really mean

A legit no-capital online income option has these signs:

  • No fee to join. No registration fee, no "activation", no membership.
  • No starter kit. You are never required to buy a product to stay active.
  • Money comes from real customers. Commission is paid only when a customer buys and pays, not when someone signs up under you.
  • Public rules. Terms you can read before joining, and a dashboard that shows each sale.
  • No promised income. Honest programs say many people earn little or nothing.

If an offer asks for GCash "for processing", promises a fixed daily amount for liking posts, or pays you mainly for recruiting, umatras ka na. Those are the patterns behind most online job scams in the Philippines.

Remote job vs. sales partner: the honest difference

A remote job (VA, chat support, data entry) gives you a salary for your hours. A sales partner role gives you no salary. You receive a share of the money from customers you bring, and only when they pay.

That has trade-offs:

Remote job Sales partner
Capital needed Usually none None in a legit program
Pay Fixed, per hour or month Commission on paid sales only
Schedule Set by the employer Your own
Risk Low You may earn nothing

Many Filipinos do both: a VA or BPO job for steady income, and partner referrals on the side when a client or friend actually needs something.

What you can sell without capital

In the Tuncer Technologies partner program you share your own link or code, and the company does the work: building the website, running the hosting, delivering the app. You sell from a catalogue of 130+ products, including:

  • Websites and website packages: Starter Online (₱8,900 / USD 229), Business Ready (₱15,900 / USD 449) and Business Pro (₱25,900 / USD 749), plus online stores, booking sites and redesigns. Commission: up to 15% of NET on packages and up to 10% of NET on other website and app invoices.
  • Web hosting: up to 25% of NET on each paid hosting payment for 12 months.
  • Premium domains (.co, .io, .ph …): up to 20% of NET.
  • Apps, AI automation, design, maintenance and more from the tuncertech.com store, at up to 10% of NET on each paid invoice.
  • DIVEOPS PRO (a digital companion to your official logbook, for divers): up to 25% of NET on paid plans for 12 months.
  • Rundzee PH app: invite customers, shops and riders where Rundzee delivers, for a share of Rundzee's NET on their completed orders.

"NET" means the money actually received, minus refunds, payment fees, taxes and direct costs such as wholesale cost. Your customers can be anywhere: in Davao, in Manila, or in the US and Australia. They see their local price at checkout.

How the money works

Example only. Suppose a customer you referred buys a website package and the sale leaves a NET of ₱5,000. Up to 15% of that NET is up to ₱750. The numbers are made up to show the maths; they are not a forecast. Real results vary a lot, and many partners earn nothing. See the income disclosure.

After the customer pays, your commission is pending for 30 days so refunds can be handled. Then it is approved and paid weekly once your approved balance reaches ₱1,000 or USD 25, by GCash, Maya, PayPal or bank transfer. Transfer fees, where they apply, are deducted.

Monthly sales tiers can add +3 to +10 points to your rates, with a hard cap of 25% of NET per sale. If you later build a team, team shares come out of the seller's own commission, never from the customer and never for sign-ups alone. Building a team is optional.

A realistic first week

  1. Sign up free in about two minutes, or with one tap using Google. You must be 18 or older.
  2. Pick what fits you. VAs and BPO pros usually start with websites and business email for clients; see the page for VAs and BPO pros. Content creators start from the Filipino creators page.
  3. Open the Content Studio at /dashboard/studio (you need to be logged in). It has short-video scripts in English and Tagalog, post templates and client messages with your link and disclosure already filled in, plus a 30-day posting plan.
  4. Talk to people who actually need something. The sari-sari store that only has a Facebook page. The clinic with a broken website. The small exporter that still uses a free Gmail address.
  5. Disclose every time. In chats: "may commission ako kapag bumili ka through my link." On social media add #ad where people see it before they click.

Mistakes that make people quit

  • Spamming groups. Dropping links in Facebook groups gets you reported and blocked. Teach something useful instead.
  • Posting income screenshots. Not allowed, and it attracts the wrong people.
  • Expecting a salary. This is commission work. Keep your day job until your results say otherwise.
  • Selling to everyone. One good conversation with a business owner who needs a website beats 100 random messages.

If you mostly freelance, read the guide on earning commission selling websites and apps without coding. If your clients pay in dollars, see affiliate programs that pay in USD for Filipino VAs.

FAQ

Is this a real online job?

It is not employment. You join as an independent sales partner, with no salary and no employer. You receive a share of NET only when a customer you referred pays. The Partner Terms explain the relationship.

Do I really need zero capital?

Yes. Joining is free, there is no kit, no quota and no purchase is ever required. You need a phone or computer, internet, and time to talk to potential customers.

How do I get paid in the Philippines?

By GCash, Maya, PayPal or bank transfer. Commission is pending for 30 days after the customer pays, then paid weekly once your approved balance is at least ₱1,000 or USD 25, minus any transfer fee.

How much can I earn?

Nobody can tell you in advance, and you should be wary of anyone who does. It depends on the customers you bring and what they buy. Many partners earn little or nothing. Read the income disclosure before you start.

Can students join?

Only if you are 18 or older. See the page for students 18+.
