Plenty of US small businesses still have no website, an outdated one, or a site nobody can update. If you know the owners, whether through your job, your neighbourhood, your church or your social media following, you can refer them to tuncertech.com with your own partner link. When they buy and pay, you receive a share of the net money received.
Joining is free. US sales are handled by Rundzee, LLC (14900 Interurban Ave S Ste 271, Tukwila, WA 98168), part of the same company group as Tuncer Technologies OPC, which runs the partner program.
What small businesses usually need
Most owners want three things: a domain in their own name, a simple site that looks professional on a phone, and an email address that does not end in a free provider. The three fixed-price packages cover that:

Good fits include restaurants and cafés, salons and barbers, cleaning and landscaping companies, contractors, tutors, small clinics and local shops.
What you receive
- Website packages: up to 15% of net on each paid package.
- Hosting: up to 25% of net on each paid hosting payment for 12 months.
- Services: up to 10% of net on paid project invoices.
Example only. If a package sale left a net of USD 100 after things like card fees, taxes and refunds, up to 15% of that net would be up to USD 15. The numbers are made up to show the maths, not a forecast. Many partners earn nothing, and you only receive a share when a real customer pays.
Disclosure in the USA
The FTC expects you to make your connection clear whenever you recommend something you may earn from. Add #ad to promotional posts, and say "I may earn a commission" in messages and emails. Put it where people see it before they click, not hidden at the end. The disclosure guide has examples for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and text messages.
Make it easy for the owner
Payment links. Owners are busy. In your dashboard you can create a payment link for the package they need and text it to them. They pay the normal price at checkout and the sale is credited to you.
Partner price. If you manage the website for a business yourself, you can buy at 20% below the list price and bill them directly. That is a separate route from referral commission.
Tiers, teams and the 25% cap
Each calendar month your tier is set by the net you referred: Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum, adding +3, +5, +8 or +10 points to that month's rates. No sale pays more than 25% of net, and tiers reset monthly.
If friends join with your team link, a team share of 10%, 5% or 3% (levels one to three) is taken from their commission when they sell. You receive team shares only in a month when you made at least one real sale of your own. The customer never pays more.

Getting started
- Sign up for free, or use the business-owner join page if you run a business yourself and want to refer peers.
- Add your payout details (PayPal or bank for US partners).
- Pick one package you understand well, usually Starter Online, and learn what it includes.
- Make a short list of ten owners you already know.
- Share your link or a payment link, always with #ad or a clear commission note.

FAQ
Do I need a business license to refer small businesses?
The program does not require one to join. You are an independent partner, so check your own state and local rules for side income, and report commission on your taxes as required. The Partner Terms cover your status.
Who does the customer pay?
US customers pay at tuncertech.com, and US sales are handled by Rundzee, LLC. The customer deals with the store for the domain, hosting and website. You do not collect money from them.
Can I refer a business I work for?
Yes, if your employer agrees and the business is a real paying customer. Be open about the commission. You may not place orders through your own link to collect commission on your own purchases.
How much can I expect to make?
There is no typical amount we can promise. Commission depends on how many real businesses you refer and pay. Many partners earn nothing. The income disclosure explains how results are reported.
