Every business needs to be found online, and most owners do not want to learn how. That gap is an opportunity for people who are good with people rather than code: you find the business that needs a website or an app, you understand what they need, and a professional team builds it. When the customer pays, you receive a share.
This guide explains how that works in practice, what to sell to whom, and how to do it honestly.

What "selling websites without coding" really means
You are not a web designer and you do not pretend to be one. Your job has three parts:
- Find a business owner with a real need.
- Understand the need well enough to point them to the right product.
- Introduce them, through your own link or a payment link, to a company that delivers.
The company handles the domain, hosting, design, development, app store work, support and invoices. You never touch a line of code, and you never have to answer technical questions you are unsure about: you pass them on.
Who needs what: a simple map
| The business says… | What they usually need |
|---|---|
| "We only have a Facebook page." | A starter website or one-page site |
| "Customers can't book online." | An appointment booking website |
| "We want to sell online, not just in DMs." | An online store |
| "Our site looks old and is slow on phones." | A website redesign |
| "We still use Gmail for the business." | Business email with hosting |
| "Our riders and orders run on paper and chat." | A delivery or service app package |
| "We repeat the same admin every day." | AI automation |
You do not need to memorise specs. You need to listen for these sentences.
What you can sell, and what you receive
The Tuncer Technologies partner program gives you a catalogue of 130+ products from tuncertech.com. Some public list prices at the time of writing:
- Website packages: Starter Online (USD 229 / ₱8,900), Business Ready (USD 449 / ₱15,900), Business Pro (USD 749 / ₱25,900).
- Websites: landing page from USD 249, business website with CMS USD 899, online store USD 1,495, customer portal USD 1,995.
- App packages: for example a food delivery package at USD 3,995 or a combined app platform at USD 6,995.
- Hosting, premium domains, business email, design and branding, AI automation, cybersecurity, maintenance and more.
Prices can change; the store and your dashboard always show the current list price. Commission is a share of NET, the money actually received minus refunds, payment fees, taxes and direct costs:
- Website packages: up to 15% of NET on each paid invoice.
- Websites, apps and other services: up to 10% of NET on each paid invoice, and on every paid month for monthly services.
- Hosting: up to 25% of NET on each payment for 12 months.
- Premium domains: up to 20% of NET.
The total commission on one sale never exceeds 25% of NET, including any tier bonus or team share.
Example only, with made-up numbers. If an app project invoice leaves a NET of USD 3,000, up to 10% is up to USD 300. If a website package sale leaves a NET of USD 100, up to 15% is up to USD 15. These are not forecasts; many partners earn nothing. Read the income disclosure.
The five questions that close more sales than any pitch
When an owner shows interest, ask:
- What should the website or app do for you? More calls, bookings, orders, or trust?
- Who are your customers, and where do they find you now?
- Do you already have a domain or a logo?
- What is your budget range, and when do you need it?
- Who will make the decision?
Then match the answers to a package or service, or ask Tuncer Technologies for a quote on anything custom. A clear match beats a hard sell every time.
Tools that do the heavy lifting
- Your own link and QR code for the store, or for a specific product.
- Payment links. When a client says "just send me something to pay", create a payment link for the right item in your dashboard. The sale is credited to you.
- A free website check. Your tracked link to the free check at tuncertech.com gives owners a reason to talk.
- Content Studio at /dashboard/studio (available once you are logged in): short-video scripts, post templates, ready client messages and a needs checklist, with your link and disclosure filled in.
- Academy lessons on spotting needs, following up politely and selling worldwide.
- Partner price. If you manage a client's site yourself, partners can buy at a partner price 20% below list and bill the client directly.
Doing it honestly
- Always disclose. In messages: "I may earn a commission if you buy through my link." On social media, add #ad where people see it before they click.
- Never promise results you cannot control, like rankings or sales.
- Quote public prices exactly as shown in the store.
- Do not claim to be an official or authorised reseller. You are an independent partner.
How to start
- Sign up free in about two minutes, or with one tap using Google. You must be 18 or older.
- Freelancers can start from the freelancers page; VAs from the VAs and BPO pros page.
- Add your payout method: PayPal, bank transfer, GCash or Maya.
- Pick three local businesses you already know and look at their online presence with the needs map above.
- Start one honest conversation.
Commission is pending for 30 days after the customer pays, then paid weekly once your approved balance reaches USD 25 or ₱1,000.
If bigger projects interest you, read high-ticket affiliate programs for freelancers. Agencies that host many sites can see the reseller hosting program.
FAQ
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No coding. It helps to understand the basics (what a domain, hosting and a website are), and the Academy covers that in plain language. Technical questions go to the Tuncer Technologies team.
Who builds and supports the website or app?
Tuncer Technologies does: design, development, hosting, support and invoicing. You make the introduction and stay in touch with the client if you like.
Can I sell to clients outside my country?
Yes. Customers anywhere can buy at tuncertech.com and see their local price at checkout. Commission is calculated on the NET actually received.
When do I receive my commission?
After the customer pays, commission is pending for 30 days so refunds can be handled. Then it is paid weekly once your approved balance is at least USD 25 or ₱1,000, minus any transfer fee.
Do I have to recruit anyone?
No. You receive commission only from real customers who pay. Building a team is optional, and team shares are taken from the seller's own commission, never paid for sign-ups alone.
