Most TikTok affiliate advice is about physical products: unboxings, hauls, "TikTok made me buy it". Services are different. You cannot unbox a website, and nobody impulse-buys hosting at midnight. But services have one big advantage: a single customer can be worth far more than a shopping-cart item, and the content that sells them is the content TikTok rewards anyway, which is useful, specific and human.
This guide gives you twelve video formats that sell services like websites, business email, hosting and apps, plus the disclosure rules that keep your account and your reputation safe.
Disclosure: this article is published by Tuncer Technologies OPC (Davao City), which operates the partner program we recommend below.
Why services need a different TikTok strategy
- TikTok Shop's affiliate tools are mainly built around physical products. For services, the usual route is a link in your bio plus a code people can type.
- The buyer is a business owner, not a bargain hunter. They respond to "this is costing you customers" more than to "this is on sale".
- The decision takes days or weeks. Your video starts the conversation; your DMs and follow-up finish it.
So the goal of each video is not "buy now". It is "this person knows what they are talking about; I will ask them".
12 content ideas that sell services
Teach something in 30 seconds
- "3 signs your website is losing customers." Slow on phones, no clear contact button, outdated prices. Show each on a real (anonymised) example.
- "Check your website's speed in 30 seconds." Screen-record a free speed test. End with: "If yours is red, link in bio for a free website check."
- "Gmail vs business email." Show the same invoice sent from a free address and from a company domain. Ask which one your viewer would trust.
- "Domain, hosting, website: the sari-sari store version." Domain is the address, hosting is the lot, the website is the store. Simple metaphors get shared.
Before and after
- "Facebook-only shop vs a one-page site." Split screen: messages piling up in DMs vs a page with prices, a map and a booking button.
- "What a USD 229 / ₱8,900 website includes." Walk through a public package page and show what the owner actually gets. Quote public prices exactly.
Stories from your work (with permission)
- "My client had no website." A short story: the problem, what changed, what you learned. No names or private data without permission.
- "A real Tuesday as a VA." Day-in-the-life content where you notice a client's expiring domain and fix the problem with one introduction.
- "Your client asked about a website. Now what?" For VAs and freelancers: the exact questions to ask.
Trust builders
- "Honest: how my partner link works." Explain that you may earn a commission when someone buys, that the price is the same for them, and that you only recommend what fits. Transparency converts.
- "4 questions before you buy hosting." Pure education. Viewers remember who helped them choose.
- "Is this partner program legit? 5 facts." Free to join, public terms, commission only from paying customers, 30-day hold, no income promised. Point people to the program's own pages rather than making claims yourself.
You do not have to write these from scratch. The Content Studio at /dashboard/studio (you need to be logged in) has short-video scripts for these and more, in English and Tagalog, with the hook, three beats, the call to action, filming tips, a suggested sound style and a caption with your link, code and disclosure already filled in. It also has a 30-day posting plan and campaign tags so you can see which video led to a sale.
Disclosure on TikTok: do all three
- Turn on TikTok's own label. Before you post: More options, then "Content disclosure" on, then tick "Branded content".
- Put #ad in the first line of the caption, with a plain sentence: "#ad · I may earn a commission". In Taglish: "#ad · may commission ako".
- Show it on screen and say it once in the video.
Branded content may only use sounds from TikTok's Commercial Music Library. Put your link in your bio, or say "link in bio" if your account cannot add one yet. A hashtag alone is often not enough, so use the toggle too.
What not to post
- No income or payout screenshots, cash fans, cars or "my first ₱X" thumbnails.
- No promises of any amount, and no claims you cannot back up.
- No fake reviews or saying you used something you have not.
- No comment flooding or mass DMs. Reply to people who ask.
- Content for adults only. You must be 18 or older, and so should your audience.
What you can promote, and how it pays
With the Tuncer Technologies partner program you can promote 130+ products. The ones that suit TikTok best:
- Website packages: up to 15% of NET on each paid invoice.
- Hosting: up to 25% of NET on each payment for 12 months.
- Websites, apps and other services: up to 10% of NET on each paid invoice.
- DIVEOPS PRO for divers (a digital companion to your official logbook): up to 25% of NET for 12 months.
- Rundzee PH app, only where Rundzee delivers: customers up to 10% and shops up to 15% of Rundzee's NET.
NET is the money actually received, minus refunds, payment fees, taxes and direct costs.
Example only, with made-up numbers. If one viewer who found you on TikTok buys a website package that leaves a NET of USD 100, up to 15% is up to USD 15. Views, likes and sign-ups pay nothing; only paying customers count, and many partners earn nothing. See the income disclosure.
Commission is pending for 30 days after payment, then paid weekly once your approved balance reaches USD 25 or ₱1,000, by GCash, Maya, PayPal or bank transfer.

FAQ
Do I need a lot of followers?
No. There is no follower minimum. A small account that teaches business owners something useful can do better than a big account with the wrong audience.
Can I put the link in my TikTok caption?
TikTok captions are not clickable for most accounts. Put your link in your bio, or say "link in bio", and give your partner code in the caption so people can type it.
Do I really need the branded content toggle if I write #ad?
Yes, use both. TikTok asks creators to label branded content with its own toggle, and the FTC and similar rules elsewhere expect a clear disclosure people see before they click.
Which services are easiest to explain on TikTok?
Things you can show on screen: a slow website vs a fast one, a Facebook-only shop vs a one-page site, a free email address vs business email. Visible before-and-after content is easier to understand than specs.
