Agencies end up responsible for hosting whether they planned to or not. Clients want one place to call, and every site you launch needs a home. The Tuncer Technologies partner program gives agencies two clear routes: resell hosting and packages at the partner price, or refer clients and receive a share of the net money received. You can use both, client by client.
Joining is free, and one partner account covers your whole agency.
Route 1: resell at the partner price
Partners can buy at the partner price, 20% below the list price, for clients they look after. You place the order, you bill your client in your agency's name and at your own rate, and you remain their first point of contact.
This route suits agencies that:
- already bundle hosting into a monthly care plan,
- want to keep billing simple for the client (one invoice from you),
- manage updates, content and small fixes themselves.
The store may limit the partner price on some items, and your dashboard shows what applies.
Route 2: refer and receive a share of net
If you would rather not hold the billing relationship, send the client to tuncertech.com with your link or a payment link. When they pay:
| What the client buys | Partner share | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting | up to 25% of net | Each paid payment for 12 months |
| Website packages | up to 15% of net | Each paid package |
| Services | up to 10% of net | Each paid invoice |
The packages are useful when a lead is too small for your agency's minimum project size:
- Starter Online: USD 229 / ₱8,900. Domain, a year of hosting, a one-page site with a contact form.
- Business Ready: USD 449 / ₱15,900. Adds business email setup and a speed and SEO fix.
- Business Pro: USD 749 / ₱25,900. A five-page site with domain, hosting, email and the speed and SEO fix.
Example only. If a package sale left a net of USD 100, up to 15% of that net would be up to USD 15. The numbers are made up to show the maths, not a forecast. Results depend on real customers who pay. Many partners earn nothing.
You cannot use both routes on the same order. A purchase at the partner price is your own purchase, not a referral.
Payment links for account managers
From the agency's dashboard you can create a payment link for a specific package and send it in a proposal or chat. The client pays the normal price at checkout and the sale is credited to the agency's account.
Tiers for busier months
Your tier depends on the net you refer in a calendar month: Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum, adding +3, +5, +8 or +10 points to that month's rates. Every sale is capped at 25% of net, so hosting (already at 25%) does not move, while packages and services can. Tiers reset monthly. Thresholds are listed in the freelancer guide, which also applies to agencies.
Sales teams for agency networks
If you work with freelancers or partner studios, they can join with your team link. When one of them makes a sale, a team share of 10%, 5% or 3% (levels one to three) is taken from that seller's commission and credited up the team. The customer pays nothing extra. A team leader receives team shares only in a month when they made at least one real sale themselves.
Training and support for your staff
New account managers can work through the Academy (34 lessons) on positioning packages, handling objections and writing honest posts. The lobby, events and planner help you keep follow-ups on schedule, and badges and the Hall of Fame recognise real results.
Rules agencies should brief their team on
- Disclose the commission in any public post or ad with #ad; see the disclosure guide.
- Do not use the Tuncer Technologies name in a way that suggests you are the company. You are an independent partner.
- Do not promise uptime, rankings or results the store does not offer.
- Do not buy through your own referral link; use the partner price.
The Partner Terms are the full rules.
Getting started
- Create a free partner account for your agency (the person who signs up must be 18 or older).
- Add payout details for the agency.
- Decide, per client, whether you resell at the partner price or refer.
- Create payment links for the packages you want to offer to small leads.
Freelancers working alone may prefer the website referral program for freelancers. For a hosting-only overview, see the web hosting affiliate program.
FAQ
What is the difference between reselling and referring?
Reselling means you buy at the 20% partner price and bill the client yourself. Referring means the client buys at tuncertech.com through your link and you receive a share of net. One order is either a resale or a referral, never both.
Can we keep our own branding with clients?
When you resell, you keep the billing relationship and stay the client's first contact. The Partner Terms say what you may and may not say about the company and its brands.
Do referral commissions on hosting continue after 12 months?
No. The hosting share applies to each paid hosting payment for 12 months from the client's first paid payment. Reselling at the partner price has no such limit because you set your own price.
Is there a minimum volume for agencies?
No. There is no fee, no quota and no minimum order. You can refer a single client or many. Commission is only created on real, paid customer sales.
