Partner guide for freelancers (web and app): how the Tuncer Technologies partner program works

Updated 2026-10-21 · Commission is a share of net money actually received, after a 30-day hold. No income is guaranteed.

You build websites or apps, or you manage them for clients. Clients ask you where to host, which domain to buy and who can build the parts you do not do yourself. When you send them to Tuncer Technologies (tuncertech.com) through your link and they pay, you earn a share of the net money received. Joining is free.

1. What you earn

What your client buys at tuncertech.com Your rate For how long
Hosting 25% of net Every paid payment for 12 months from the first paid payment
Website or app project (service invoices) 10% of net Each paid invoice, with no time limit
Premium domain (.co, .io, .ph and others) where the net is above USD 10 20% of net First year only
Standard domain bought together with hosting or a service 20% of net First year only
Standard domain bought on its own 0% —
Free trials, free tiers, USD 0 orders Nothing —

Important:

  • You earn only after the client pays and the money has arrived.
  • The most any partner can receive on one sale is 25% of net.
  • Domains have thin margins. A standard .com on its own pays nothing; sold with hosting it pays 20% of its small net.
  • Tiers: when the net you refer in a calendar month reaches USD 300 (Bronze), USD 1,000 (Silver), USD 3,000 (Gold) or USD 10,000 (Platinum), the rate on that month's sales rises by 3, 5, 8 or 10 points, but never above the 25% cap. Tiers reset every month. Hosting (already 25%) gets no bonus, while service invoices can go from 10% to 13%, 15%, 18% or 20%.
  • No income is promised. Many partners earn nothing.

2. How to create your account

Go to https://partners.tuncertech.com/join/freelancers.

  1. Sign up. Tap "Sign up — it's free". Name (or studio name), email, password of at least 10 characters. Enter the code of the partner who invited you, if any.
  2. Accept the terms. Tick Partner Terms and Privacy Notice. The terms box includes your promise to add #ad or a clear commission note wherever you share your link. Tap Create my free account. Active at once.
  3. Wizard: Profile. Country, phone (optional), who you reach ("Freelancers"), brand Tuncer Technologies.
  4. Wizard: Payout. RundzeePay wallet (Philippines), GCash, Maya, PayPal (USD or PHP) or bank transfer (USD or PHP; add SWIFT/BIC for international).
  5. Wizard: Links. Your link https://partners.tuncertech.com/r/YOURCODE?to=tuncertech, a QR code, a caption and share buttons. The marketing kit has ready-to-copy text.
  6. Done. The dashboard checklist shows what is left.

3. What to do

Your link

https://partners.tuncertech.com/r/YOURCODE?to=tuncertech

Add &c= to tag where it came from: &c=proposal, &c=handover-doc, &c=github. A 60-day cookie is set on the device that clicked; last click wins. For project work that is agreed by email or quote, also ask the client to mention your partner code when they contact Tuncer Technologies, so the sale is attributed even if the cookie is gone.

Where to use it

  • Project proposals and quotes. A "Hosting and domain" line that links to tuncertech.com through your link, with the disclosure.
  • Handover documents. "Where your site lives, how to renew" sections.
  • Your portfolio or Linktree: "Tools I recommend" with the disclosure.
  • Client questions: when a client asks you to build something outside your stack (a native app, a larger system), introduce Tuncer Technologies with your link and let them scope it.
  • Developer communities where you are a member and self-promotion is allowed, for example your own newsletter or a GitHub README of a starter template you maintain.

Example wording

Proposal line

Hosting: I recommend Tuncer Technologies hosting for this site (managed, with a support ticket system). Order here: [link]. Disclosure: this is a partner link; I earn a commission on what you pay them. You are free to host anywhere.

Handover doc

Your domain and hosting are with Tuncer Technologies. Renewals and support tickets: tuncertech.com. If you add hosting or services later, please use my partner link [link] (I earn a commission; it does not change your price).

Message to a client who needs an app

You asked about a native mobile app. That is outside what I do, but Tuncer Technologies builds apps and websites and can quote it. Here is my partner link to their site: [link]. #ad – I earn a commission if they take the project. I can stay on as your front-end contact.

Social post

Clients keep asking where to host small business sites. I point them to Tuncer Technologies: managed hosting, domains, tickets, and they build apps too. #ad – partner link, I earn a commission: [link]

What not to say

  • Do not promise delivery dates, prices or project scope on behalf of Tuncer Technologies. They quote directly.
  • Do not say "cheapest", "best" or "guaranteed uptime" unless tuncertech.com itself says it.
  • Do not call yourself a Tuncer Technologies employee, agent or "certified partner". You are an independent partner.

4. How you get paid

  1. Client pays → commission pending.
  2. 30-day hold → approved.
  3. Weekly payouts when approved balance is at least USD 25 or PHP 1,000. Smaller balances roll over.
  4. Refund or chargeback → commission reversed; if already paid, deducted from the next payouts.
Method Currency Fee
RundzeePay wallet (Philippines) PHP No transfer fee (available after the Rundzee app update; save your link code now)
GCash or Maya PHP Transfer fee deducted
PayPal USD or PHP PayPal's fee deducted
Bank transfer USD or PHP Bank fee deducted

What "net" means, worked examples

Net = money received − refunds − payment fees − taxes/VAT − wholesale cost − partner or licensee share. For domains, "wholesale cost" is the registry price Tuncer Technologies pays, which is why standard domains pay little or nothing.

Example (illustrative; fees and costs are assumptions) Net Rate Your commission
Hosting, one year, USD 110 paid, USD 10 fees and tax USD 100 25% USD 25 (and again on each paid renewal inside 12 months)
Website project invoice, USD 1,080 paid, USD 80 fees and tax USD 1,000 10% USD 100 per paid invoice
Premium domain with a made-up net of USD 20 USD 20 (above USD 10, qualifies) 20% USD 4, first year
Standard .com bundled with hosting, made-up net of USD 5 USD 5 20% USD 1, first year
Standard .com alone — 0% USD 0

A project with three invoices (deposit, milestone, final) creates three separate commissions, each after its own 30-day hold. None of this is a promise of income.

5. Rules (short version of the Partner Terms)

  1. Disclose in every proposal, document, post or message with your link: "#ad" or "partner link, I earn a commission", visible before the click. Required by the US FTC Endorsement Guides and similar rules elsewhere.
  2. No income promises. Not to clients, not to other freelancers you recruit.
  3. No paid ads on our brand names. No search or social ads on "Tuncer Technologies", "tuncertech" or misspellings; no look-alike domains or handles.
  4. No spam. No cold bulk email, no link-dropping in communities, no scraped lists.
  5. No self-referral. Your own hosting, domains or projects do not count, nor those of your own companies.
  6. No false status. Never "certified", "official", "authorised reseller". You are an independent partner.
  7. One account per person, 18 or older, real details.

6. FAQ

Does the client pay more because of my link? No. Prices are the same with or without a partner link.

Can I recruit other freelancers? Yes. Invite them from Dashboard → Team (team link or your partner code at sign-up). They become your sales agents. Joining is free, nobody has to buy anything and nothing is paid for recruiting. In every month you make at least one own customer sale, you receive a team share of your agents' commission: 10% from agents you invited, plus 5% from their agents once you are a Manager and 3% from the next level once you are a Director (ranks are explained on the Team page). Team shares are taken from the selling agent's commission, so the total paid stays the same. The Leadership Academy (Dashboard → Academy) shows how to lead a team honestly.

My client pays by bank transfer after a quote. Is that tracked? Tuncer Technologies attaches your partner code to the invoice when the client used your link or quoted your code. Ask clients to mention your code in their first message to be safe.

What about hosting renewals after 12 months? Commission stops 12 months after the client's first paid payment. Service invoices have no time limit.

Which currency am I paid in? The currency the client paid in, USD or PHP.

Tax? You handle your own taxes. Philippine withholding tax is applied where the law requires it, with a certificate. Partners elsewhere may be asked for their country's tax form (for example W-8BEN).

Who runs this? Tuncer Technologies OPC operates both the program and tuncertech.com.
