You make content and people trust what you recommend. Our group has four brands you can talk about, each with its own partner link. You earn a share of the net money a brand actually receives from people who buy through your link. There are no flat fees, no free products in exchange for posts, and no paid placements. If that is not your model, that is fine; this page explains exactly how it works so you can decide.

Facts:
- "Net" is what the brand actually keeps: money received minus refunds, payment fees, taxes/VAT, wholesale cost and any partner or licensee share. Worked examples are in section 4.
- 25% of net is the maximum on any single sale. There is no bonus above it.
- Tiers: referred net in a calendar month of USD 300 adds 3 points to your rate (Bronze), USD 1,000 adds 5 (Silver), USD 3,000 adds 8 (Gold) and USD 10,000 adds 10 (Platinum); never above 25%, and tiers reset every month. This matters on the 10%, 15% and 20% products, not on DIVEOPS PRO or hosting, which are already at 25%.
- No income is promised. Reach does not guarantee sales.
2. How to create your account
Go to https://partners.tuncertech.com and tap "Sign up — it's free" (or use the audience page closest to your niche: /join/divers, /join/freelancers, /join/consultants, /join/rundzee-ph; it preselects the brand).
- Sign up. Your creator name, email, password of at least 10 characters. Enter the code of the partner who invited you, if any.
- Accept the terms. Tick Partner Terms and Privacy Notice. The terms box includes your promise to disclose (#ad or a clear commission note) on every share. Tap Create my free account. Active immediately.
- Wizard: Profile. Country, phone (optional), the audiences you reach and the brands you want links for. You can pick several.
- Wizard: Payout. RundzeePay wallet (Philippines), GCash, Maya, PayPal (USD or PHP) or bank transfer (USD or PHP).
- Wizard: Links. One link per brand, each with a QR code, a short caption and share buttons. The marketing kit has copy you can adapt. Official image assets will be added to the kit; until then, use your own photos and footage.
- Done. The dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups and commissions per brand and campaign.

Add &c= to tag each placement: &c=yt-desc, &c=ig-bio, &c=tiktok, &c=newsletter. The dashboard shows which one brought the sale. A 60-day cookie, last click wins. Keep in mind that viewers often click on a phone and buy later on a laptop; mention the link in more than one place.

Content ideas that stay inside the rules
DIVEOPS PRO (diving creators)
- "What I actually keep in my logbook, and how I back it up": show your paper logbook next to the web app. Keep it honest: a companion, not a replacement.
- "Offline on the boat": show sync status with no signal. Do not show or discuss decompression planning; it is disabled in the product until independently validated.
- "Why signed records matter in commercial diving": supervisor sign-off, locked entries, corrections through support instead of silent edits.
- A talking-head piece: "I'm not sponsored. This is a partner link; I earn a commission if you subscribe. The first month is free with no card."
Script line you can say word for word:

What not to say, by brand
- DIVEOPS PRO: never "replaces your logbook", "IMCA/ADCI/HSE approved", "certified", "verified", "compliant". Never talk about decompression planning or use the app as a depth gauge. The mobile apps are "coming soon", not "in the stores". Prices: send people to diveopspro.com/pricing.
- Tuncer Technologies: no "cheapest", "guaranteed uptime", no prices or delivery dates you were not given in writing.
- Poseidon Distribution OPC: no promised outcomes for a client.
- Rundzee PH: no invented promos or discount codes; no "number one"; no earnings claims for riders or merchants.
- All brands: no income claims about the partner program ("make money with this link"), no fake reviews, no "sponsored by" (you are not; it is a commission link).
4. How you get paid
- Sale paid → commission pending in your dashboard.
- 30-day hold → approved.
- Weekly payouts when your approved balance is at least USD 25 or PHP 1,000. Smaller balances roll over.
- Refund or chargeback → reversed; if already paid, deducted from your next payouts.

A video that sends 1,000 clicks and converts 1% to DIVEOPS PRO Commercial Pro monthly would create 10 subscriptions at about USD 7.20 each per paid month. That is an example of the calculation, not a forecast; real conversion can be far lower.
5. Rules (short version of the Partner Terms)
- Disclose, clearly and early. "#ad", "partner link" or "I earn a commission if you buy through my link" must appear where viewers see it before they click: in the video itself (spoken and on screen), in the first lines of the caption or description, and in the link title. This is the US FTC Endorsement Guides standard and matches rules in the UK (ASA/CMA), EU and the Philippines. Platform tools ("paid partnership" labels) can be used in addition, not instead.
- No income promises about the products or about this program.
- No paid ads on our brand names, no boosted posts targeting our brand keywords, no look-alike handles, pages or domains.
- No spam: no link-dropping in other creators' comments, groups or DMs.
- No fake engagement: no bought clicks, bots, incentives to sign up, or cookie stuffing.
- No self-referral.
- Truthful content. Do not say you use a product if you do not. Do not call any product "verified", "certified", "official" or regulator-approved. DIVEOPS PRO is a digital companion to the official logbook. No decompression content.
- One account per person, 18 or older.
6. FAQ
Do you pay flat fees, send free products or sponsor videos? No. The program pays commission on net sales only. There are no gifted subscriptions or placements.
Can I get a discount code for my audience? No. Prices are the same for everyone, and partners may not invent promo codes. DIVEOPS PRO's first free month and Rundzee's in-app promos are available to everyone.
Can I use your logos and screenshots? Use the names and the material in the marketing kit as it is added. Your own screen recordings of the public web app are fine. Do not alter logos or create look-alike branding.
Can I show the DIVEOPS PRO calculators? Yes, with the on-screen label as shown in the product ("not validated, verify independently") visible, and without giving dive-planning advice of your own.
Can I recruit other creators? Yes. Invite them from Dashboard → Team (your team link or your partner code at sign-up). Joining is free, nobody has to buy anything and nothing is paid for recruiting. In every month you make at least one own customer sale, you receive a team share of your agents' commission: 10% from agents you invited, plus 5% from their agents once you are a Manager and 3% from the next level once you are a Director (ranks are explained on the Team page). Team shares are taken from the selling agent's commission, so the total paid stays the same. The Leadership Academy (Dashboard → Academy) shows how to lead a team honestly.
Which currency? The currency the customer paid in, USD or PHP.
Tax? Your responsibility. Philippine withholding tax applies where the law requires it (certificate issued). Partners elsewhere may be asked for their country's tax form (for example W-9 or W-8BEN).
Who is behind the brands? The program is operated by Tuncer Technologies OPC. DIVEOPS PRO is sold by Poseidon Distribution OPC (Asia) and Rundzee, LLC (USA, Canada and the rest of the world).
