You run a dive centre, a commercial diving school, a small contractor or a crew. Your students and divers need to keep records. If they, or another company you introduce, subscribe to DIVEOPS PRO through your link, you earn a share of the net money DIVEOPS PRO actually receives. Joining is free, and you do not resell anything.
DIVEOPS PRO is a digital companion to the official logbook. It does not replace the bound paper logbook that regulators, employers or schools may require.

Important:
- You earn only after the customer pays and the money has arrived.
- 25% of net is the ceiling for any single sale. Tier bonuses cannot push it higher.
- There are no bounties per student or per sign-up.
- No income is promised. Earnings depend only on how many people you refer who go on to pay.
2. How to create your account
Go to https://partners.tuncertech.com/join/dive-centres.
- Sign up. Tap "Sign up — it's free". Enter a name (your name or the centre's name, as you want it shown on the leaderboard), an email address your business controls, and a password of at least 10 characters. If a partner invited you, enter their code.
- Accept the terms. Tick the Partner Terms and the Privacy Notice boxes. By ticking you also confirm that every share carries #ad or a clear commission note. Tap Create my free account. The account is active immediately.
- Wizard: Profile. Country, phone (optional), who you reach ("Dive centres" and, if you like, "Divers"), brand DIVEOPS PRO.
- Wizard: Payout. RundzeePay wallet (Philippines), GCash, Maya, PayPal or bank transfer. For a company bank account, enter the account holder name exactly as the bank has it, the bank name, the account number or IBAN, and SWIFT/BIC for international transfers.
- Wizard: Links. Your personal link, a QR code (SVG, good for printing), a caption and share buttons. Open the marketing kit for ready-to-copy text.
- Done. Your dashboard checklist shows what is still missing.
One account per legal person. If several instructors want their own links, each instructor signs up as their own partner (they sign up with your team link or partner code, which makes them your sales agents).
3. What to do

Tag the source with &c=: for example &c=classroom, &c=certificate, &c=newsletter. The link sets a 60-day cookie on the device that opened it; the last partner link clicked wins.
Where it fits in a dive centre or school
- At course completion. When students receive their certificate or their first logbook, show the QR code: "If you also want a digital companion to your logbook, this is the one we use" (only if true).
- In the classroom or briefing room. A printed A5 card with the QR code and the one-line disclosure.
- On your website's "after your course" page or in your student newsletter, with the disclosure line.
- To other companies you know. Contractors, survey companies, inspection teams that need signed dive records. Introduce them to the Company Fleet plan with your link, or ask them to type your partner code at checkout.
- In your own groups. Your alumni Facebook group or WhatsApp class chat, if the group rules allow it.

What not to say
- Not a replacement for the official logbook. Not "IMCA-", "ADCI-", "HSE-" or regulator-"approved", "accepted", "compliant" or "certified".
- No decompression planning claims; DIVEOPS PRO keeps decompression planning disabled until independently validated.
- The mobile apps are not in the stores yet. Say "web app today, mobile apps coming soon".
- No prices from memory. Point people to diveopspro.com/pricing.
4. How you get paid
- The customer pays. The commission shows as pending in your dashboard.
- After a 30-day hold, it becomes approved.
- Weekly payouts when your approved balance is at least USD 25 or PHP 1,000. Smaller balances roll over.
- Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission; if already paid, it is deducted from your next payouts.

What "net" means, worked example with Company Fleet
Net = money received − refunds − payment fees − taxes/VAT − wholesale cost − partner or licensee share.

Over 12 paid months that is about USD 433. If the company pays yearly (USD 1,490), net is about USD 1,446 and your single commission is about USD 361. Extra seats (USD 12 per seat per month) are part of the same subscription and count the same way. The free first month and any free Fleet trial pay nothing. 5. Rules (short version of the Partner Terms)
- Disclose. Every card, post, email or message with your link must say that you earn a commission, before the click. "#ad" or "partner link, we earn a commission".
- No income promises to students, staff or other companies.
- No paid ads on our brand names (Google, Meta, TikTok or others), no look-alike pages or domains.
- No spam. No bulk emails to purchased lists, no unsolicited messages to companies that never heard of you. Your own students and alumni who agreed to receive your mail are fine.
- No self-referral. Your own centre's subscription, your household's or your own companies' do not count.
- Truthful wording only. Companion to the official logbook; no "verified", "certified", "official", "approved by"; no decompression content.
- No pressure on students. Never make DIVEOPS PRO a condition of a course or a certificate.
6. FAQ
Can our centre get a free Fleet account in exchange for promoting? No. Free seats are not part of the partner program and they pay no commission. The first month is free for everyone.
Our instructors each want a link. How? Each instructor signs up as a partner with your team link (Dashboard → Team) or enters your partner code at sign-up. They become your sales agents. Joining is free, nobody has to buy anything and nothing is paid for recruiting. In every month you make at least one own customer sale, you receive a team share of your agents' commission: 10% from agents you invited, plus 5% from their agents once you are a Manager and 3% from the next level once you are a Director (ranks are explained on the Team page). Team shares are taken from the selling agent's commission, so the total paid stays the same. The Leadership Academy (Dashboard → Academy) shows how to lead a team honestly.
A company we introduced wants an Enterprise deal. Send them through your link to diveopspro.com; "Contact sales" goes to the DIVEOPS PRO support team. Commission is 25% of net of what is actually received, after the hold.
Can we put the QR code on certificates? Only if the disclosure is next to it and the card is clearly separate from the certification document. Do not put it on the certification card itself.
Does the 60-day cookie work for a company checkout? Yes, on the device that opened the link. For safety, ask the company to type your partner code at sign-up or checkout as well.
Who sells DIVEOPS PRO? Poseidon Distribution OPC in Asia and Rundzee, LLC in the USA, Canada and the rest of the world. The partner program is run by Tuncer Technologies OPC.
Tax? You handle your own taxes. Philippine withholding tax is applied where the law requires it, with a certificate. Partners elsewhere may be asked for their country's tax form.
