You advise businesses: on operations, IT, marketing, expansion or starting up in the Philippines. Your clients sometimes need a website or app built, hosting, or a company that can run a local distribution or operations deal. When you introduce them to Tuncer Technologies (tuncertech.com) or Poseidon Distribution OPC (poseidonopc.com) through your link and they pay, you earn a share of the net money received. Joining is free. You stay independent; you do not sign anything for us.

Important:
- You earn only after the client pays and the money has arrived.
- 25% of net is the most any partner can receive on one invoice.
- Tiers: when the net you refer in a calendar month reaches USD 300 (Bronze), USD 1,000 (Silver), USD 3,000 (Gold) or USD 10,000 (Platinum), the rate on that month's sales rises by 3, 5, 8 or 10 points, but never above the 25% cap. Tiers reset every month. So a service invoice can pay 10%, 13%, 15%, 18% or 20%; hosting stays at 25%.
- Rundzee territory and zone introductions are a separate, invite-only track (5% of the net setup fee, once, Philippines and Türkiye only). They are not part of the 10% deal rate. Ask us if a client wants a territory.
- No income is promised.
2. How to create your account
Go to https://partners.tuncertech.com/join/consultants.
- Sign up. Tap "Sign up — it's free". Your name or practice name, email, password of at least 10 characters. Enter the code of the partner who invited you, if any.
- Accept the terms. Tick Partner Terms and Privacy Notice. The terms box includes your promise to disclose (#ad or a clear commission note) wherever you share your link. Tap Create my free account. The account is active immediately.
- Wizard: Profile. Country, phone (optional), who you reach ("Consultants"), brands Tuncer Technologies and Poseidon Distribution OPC.
- Wizard: Payout. RundzeePay wallet (Philippines), GCash, Maya, PayPal (USD or PHP) or bank transfer (USD or PHP; SWIFT/BIC for international).
- Wizard: Links. Two links, one per brand, each with a QR code, a caption and share buttons. The marketing kit has ready-to-copy text.
- Done. The dashboard checklist shows what is left.

Add &c= to tag the source, for example &c=client-memo. A 60-day cookie is set on the device that clicked; last click wins. Consulting introductions usually happen by email or in meetings, so always ask the client to mention your partner code in their first enquiry. Both companies attach the code to the enquiry so the deal is credited to you.
Where it fits
- Client recommendations and memos. "Suggested vendors" sections, with the disclosure.
- Market-entry advice. A client wants a local partner in the Philippines for distribution or operations: introduce Poseidon Distribution OPC and let them discuss the deal directly.

What not to say
- Do not quote prices, timelines or scope for either company; they quote directly.
- Do not call yourself their representative, agent, "authorised" or "certified" partner. You are an independent partner.
- Do not promise that a deal will close or what the client will gain from it.
4. How you get paid
- Client pays an invoice → commission pending.
- 30-day hold → approved.
- Weekly payouts when your approved balance is at least USD 25 or PHP 1,000. Smaller balances roll over.
- Refund or chargeback → commission reversed; if already paid, deducted from later payouts.

What "net" means, worked example
Net = money received − refunds − payment fees − taxes/VAT − direct or wholesale cost − partner or licensee share.

Each invoice has its own 30-day hold. If the client never pays an invoice, that invoice earns nothing. None of this is a promise of income.
5. Rules (short version of the Partner Terms)
- Disclose in every memo, email, post or message that carries your link or code. Your clients must know you earn a commission before they act on your recommendation. This is also what professional advice rules in most countries expect of you.
- No income or outcome promises to clients or to partners you recruit.
- No paid ads on our brand names and no look-alike pages or domains.
- No spam. No cold mass email. Personal introductions to clients who asked for advice are fine.
- No self-referral. Deals for your own company or household do not count.
- No false status. Not "agent", "representative", "authorised" or "certified". You may say "independent partner".
- Keep client data private. Only share a client's details with us when the client agrees (for example when they send the enquiry themselves).
6. FAQ
What counts as a "deal" with Poseidon Distribution OPC? Any agreement Poseidon Distribution OPC closes with the client you introduced and invoices, for example distribution, operations or support services. See poseidonopc.com for what they offer today. Rundzee territory and zone setups are a separate invite-only track at 5% once (Philippines and Türkiye only).
The client contacted them months after my introduction. If the client mentioned your code or your 60-day cookie was still active, the deal is yours. Beyond that, ask the client to mention your code; we credit what we can verify.
Can I bill my own consulting fee on top? Yes. Your fee with your client is your business. Just tell the client about the commission.
Can I recruit other consultants? Yes. Invite them from Dashboard → Team (your team link or your partner code at sign-up). Joining is free, nobody has to buy anything and nothing is paid for recruiting. In every month you make at least one own customer sale, you receive a team share of your agents' commission: 10% from agents you invited, plus 5% from their agents once you are a Manager and 3% from the next level once you are a Director (ranks are explained on the Team page). Team shares are taken from the selling agent's commission, so the total paid stays the same. The Leadership Academy (Dashboard → Academy) shows how to lead a team honestly.
Currency? The currency the client paid in, USD or PHP.
Tax? You handle your own taxes. Philippine withholding tax is applied where the law requires it, with a certificate. Partners elsewhere may be asked for their country's tax form.
Who runs this? Tuncer Technologies OPC operates the program. Tuncer Technologies services are sold by Tuncer Technologies OPC; deals are sold by Poseidon Distribution OPC (Davao City, Philippines).
