Most affiliate programs Filipinos try first pay a small share on cheap items. Websites and apps work differently: one business owner who really needs a website is worth more than hundreds of random clicks. This page explains how the Tuncer Technologies partner program works for people in the Philippines who know business owners, what you can recommend, what the rates really mean, and what is not credited yet.
Disclosure: this page is published by Tuncer Technologies OPC (Davao City), which operates the partner program described here. Read it with that in mind and compare it with other programs.
Who this is for
You do not need to be a developer. The program fits people who already talk to business owners:
- Virtual assistants and BPO pros whose clients ask them for recommendations.
- Freelancers (writers, designers, social media managers) whose clients need a proper website.
- Anyone with a network: a relative with a shop, a friend opening a café, the clinic or school in your barangay that still runs on a Facebook page.
You are an independent partner, not an employee. There is no salary, no schedule and no quota, and this is not a job offer. You must be 18 or older to join.
What you can recommend
The products come from the Tuncer Technologies store at tuncertech.com. The work is done and invoiced by the group's companies: Poseidon Distribution OPC in the Philippines and Rundzee, LLC for the USA and the rest of the world, trading as Tuncer Technologies. You only make the introduction.
Public list prices in the Philippines at the time of writing:
- Starter Online package: ₱8,900 (a one-page website with contact form, a .com domain and a year of starter web hosting set up for the client).
- Business Ready package: ₱15,900 (Starter Online plus business email setup and a speed and SEO fix).
- Business Pro package: ₱25,900 (a five-page website, business email setup and a speed and SEO fix, with domain and a year of business web hosting).
- Websites: for example a landing page at ₱7,900 or a starter business website at ₱14,900.
- Apps and other services: app packages, online stores, design, AI tools, maintenance and more, each with a public price in the store.
Prices differ by country and can change; the store always shows the current price for the client's region.
What the rates mean
Every rate is a share of NET, the money the company actually receives after refunds, payment fees, taxes and direct costs. It is not a share of the price on the tag.
- Website packages (Starter Online, Business Ready, Business Pro): up to 15% of NET on each paid invoice.
- Websites, apps and other services, including monthly care plans: up to 10% of NET on each paid invoice.
The rates say "up to" because the store can set a lower rate on some items. The total for one sale never goes above 25% of NET, including any monthly tier bonus or team share.
Commission is booked in USD or PHP. If a client pays in another currency at checkout (for example AUD, GBP or EUR), the sale is converted to USD at that day's rate when it is recorded.
Example only, with made-up numbers. If a package sale leaves a NET of ₱5,000, up to 15% is up to ₱750. If an app project invoice leaves a NET of ₱50,000, up to 10% is up to ₱5,000. These are not forecasts and not promises. Many partners earn nothing, and nothing is paid unless a real customer pays. See the income disclosure.
What is not credited yet
Be honest with yourself and with clients about these limits:
- Hosting and domains bought on their own are sold through a separate billing system that is not connected to partner tracking. They do not earn commission today, so do not promise anyone a share on them.
- Returning clients. Your link is remembered for 60 days on the client's device, and the last partner link clicked wins. A client who comes back after that, without a new click on your link, is not credited to you.
How a sale is credited to you
- You get your own link and QR code for the Tuncer Technologies store in your dashboard.
- The client opens your link and buys within 60 days on that device. You can also send a ready payment link for a specific package from your dashboard.
- The sale shows in your dashboard as pending for a 14-day cooling period (30 days for hosting, email and SSL), so refunds can be handled. A refund reverses the commission.
- After the cooling period it is approved automatically. Payouts run weekly once your approved balance reaches ₱1,000 (or USD 25), by GCash, Maya, PayPal or bank transfer, with the transfer fee deducted.
How to talk to a business owner
Lead with their problem, not with your commission. A short, honest message works better than a sales pitch:
Hi Ate, napansin ko na sa Facebook page lang kayo makikita. May one-page website package na may sariling domain, ₱8,900. Kung gusto ninyo, eto ang link: [your link]. #ad, may commission ako kapag bumili kayo through my link.
Rules that protect you and the client:
- Always disclose, before the click: "#ad, I earn a commission if you buy through my link."
- Quote store prices exactly. Never invent discounts or promo codes.
- Do not promise results like Google rankings or more sales.
- Do not call yourself an official reseller or an employee. You are an independent partner.
- No spam in Facebook groups or bulk messages to strangers.
How to start
- Read the page for VAs and BPO pros, Filipino creators or freelancers, whichever fits you.
- Sign up free, in about two minutes or with one tap using Google.
- Add your GCash, Maya, PayPal or bank details for payouts.
- Open the Content Studio at /dashboard/studio (you need to be logged in) for Taglish and English post templates and client messages with your link and #ad already filled in.
- Think of three businesses you already know and look at how they show up online.

FAQ
Is this affiliate program legit?
It is run by Tuncer Technologies OPC in Davao City under public Partner Terms, and commission comes only from real customers who pay. No income is promised, and many partners earn little or nothing.
Do I need capital or a business permit to join?
No capital: joining is free, with no fee, kit or quota, and you never have to buy anything. Taxes on what you receive are your own responsibility; ask an accountant about your situation.
Is this a job or employment?
No. You join as an independent partner. There is no salary, no schedule and no employer relationship. You receive commission only when a customer you referred pays.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission is pending for a 14-day cooling period (30 days for hosting, email and SSL) after the customer pays. Once approved it is paid weekly when your balance reaches 1,000 pesos or 25 US dollars, by GCash, Maya, PayPal or bank transfer, minus the transfer fee.
Do I have to recruit other people?
No. Only real customer payments earn commission. Building a team is optional, nothing is paid for sign-ups, and any team share is taken from the seller's own commission, never added to the price.
