Team Leader

A Team Leader helps a small group of agents they invited get their first customers, and keeps selling themselves.

How to qualify

In a calendar month, at least 3 agents you invited directly are active, which means each made at least 1 real customer sale that month.

Your paid-as rank is the higher of last month's final rank and this month so far. Inviting people alone never qualifies anyone: only real customer sales count. To receive any team share you also need your own customer sale that month.

What it unlocks

Level 1 team share on your direct agents' sales (taken from their commission, never extra cost for them)

Team shares at this rank: level 1 10% of the commission on each team member's customer sale. Each share is taken from the selling agent's commission, so a sale never pays out more in total. Figures depend on real customer payments; no income is promised.
