How to qualify
In a calendar month, at least 3 agents you invited directly qualify as Manager or higher.
Your paid-as rank is the higher of last month's final rank and this month so far. Inviting people alone never qualifies anyone: only real customer sales count. To receive any team share you also need your own customer sale that month.

Team shares at this rank: level 1 10%, level 2 5%, level 3 3% of the commission on each team member's customer sale. Each share is taken from the selling agent's commission, so a sale never pays out more in total. Figures depend on real customer payments; no income is promised.
